Volvo-V70 -
warning light on

Does anyone know 1) how to check if a 2001 V70 would have a "lights on" warning, and 2) how to check if the circuit's working?

I have just bought this V70 and left the lights on twice already!

Also, is there any way of checking if the radio is coded and if so how to find the code?

1. Just put the switch in the on position and forget it. Drive with your lights on for safety. The lights will turn off when the key is off. A relay controls the lights and everything should work OK.

2. For the radio code: any dealer can call the radio code after you show them proof that you are the owner and the VIN. Most dealers will give this to you at no charge.
