Bumps and Rattles in 2008 Volvo C70

All,

I purchased a used 2008 Volvo C70. We live on country roads and we hear thumping and bumping. It sounds like in the rear. The trunk box is secured in place. Dealer did not find anything.

Does anyone know what it could be? Thanks, Sly
