rough idle

seem like two cylinder running only.spark/gas ok on all 4cy, but when sparkwire is pulled off on suspected cy no change,engine stills run rough.but when wire is pulled on the known running cy engine shut off.any know how to fix this problem?need help please..thank u

engine runs weak and rough,checked spark/injector ok, is it bad timing or what?checked suspected cy the sparkplug seem no combustion.
