Volvo-740 - 89 Volvo quit, won't start, no power to fuse 11

My '89 740 suddenly quit and won't start. After checking fuel pumps and finding neither were receiving power I replaced the fuel system relay, but the car still wouldn't start. Further checking revealed that fuse 11 isn't getting power. My "Chilton" manual indicates fuse 11 is supplied from the ignition switch, but as yet I haven't gotten into the switch. Is there something obvious that I'm missing?

I may have the same problem as you are referring to, my car would shut off for no apparent reason and stay dead untill I turned the key switch off then on again. After a while when it would die on me I would quickly turn the key off then on again and it would pick right up and go on like nothing ever happened. I have not checked fuse 11 but i'm going to now! I'llget back with you soon.
