Volvo-240 -
no turn signal or seat heaters

my 88 Volvo 240 suddenly lost directionals and heat to the seats- my manual says this is fuse #13- but the car starts and runs and 13 also supplies the fuel injectors- I changed the fuse anyway but no difference...what can I try?
