After replacing the Master cyclinder and bleeding the lines the break failure light came on. Removed the sensor from the balanceing valve rebleed the lines (no air) no change. Help, any suggestions? Do I need to replace the balanceing valve?

I think that might address your problem. I had a similar problem like what you've experienced and that is what exactly I did. It fixed the problem.
