Desperate at this point, Girlfriends 86 quantum 5 cylinder, changed fuel pump as there was only 20 psi at the fuel distributor, , now I have 82 PSI, sometimes the car will start right up and sometimes it wont, then I have to play with the plunger alittle to get it to start but this is no guarantee, supposedly car stumbled all the time at start up since they bought it, ( fuel/filter problem perhaps, all new now )

I am 99% certain it still has spark when it decides to not start, and 99% sure it might be getting tto much pressure inside the accumulator and jams closed and wont shoot gas into head ( Because I can take a line off the top and very little gas comes out, )
