94 tercel rapping noise

Hey I have a 94 Toyota Tercel manual transmission and I had noticed recently that this is a rapping sound coming from what sounds like the passenger side of the car. This rapping sound only occurs when I press the gas pedal to a certain point and goes away once I let off the gas and once I push the gas pedal further. The noise alway goes away on turns and occurs no matter what the speed is. Any help would be great thanks
