04 Rav4 Door Locks / Windows / Parking Lights Not Working

My door locks, windows and parking lights at times do not work. I do not have a security system or any after market product on my car. This happens at any time, without any warning or notice. I've had it in the shop but they can not find any problem. This has become a safety issue that can cause serious problems, if an accident I may not be able to get out of my car.

If you have any advice or suggestions please let me know so I can pass it onto the dealership so it can be repared.

I have a 2009 RAV 4, and it has automatic door locks. I'm trying to figure out how to stop it from locking the doors after engine starts. I don't like the feature.
