hey all i know is that prius is a luxury car and is very fragile i would not recemend it because also of that you could burn your tranie out. But a saturn vue greenline or start camping!

The Prius is equipped with a CVT not a transmission, and the electric produces 300 ft/lb of Torque. You can tow up to 1500 lbs however if you decide to tow your gas mileage will not hold up. Any more weight and you risk violating the manufacturers warranty.

From what I gather at my website is the max tow capacity is 2000lb.

what happens if my Prius is dead, completely dead, can't shift in to neg. and it needs towed?? help how is it done safely does it take a special tow truck, set up for a Prius??
