The M5 dizzy is known to be the problem to a weird noise like a knocking sound in the rocker valve gear or bottom end noise that most m5 motors are experiencing most experts will tell you the engine will need replacing. it is a hard to find problem as the shaft bearing in the dizzy is the noise maker and it looks fine when inspected but spin it up out of the car and you will hear the bearing ever so slight which in the car will magnify by 50 times louder.hope this tip

will pay off for you m5 owners .
