I have a 92 Camry that is just throwing me

Fits.If you pull out like an old man,and let it shift around 3000rpms,No problem.But if your in a hurry and wind it out to 4000rpms,The engine acts

like it has a rev limiter,and it will not shift

untill you let up on the throttle some,to bring

the rpms down below 4000.

No problem,But you could be doing 65mph, and here comes a hill,Now you give it more gas,and the tranny kicks down to passing gear,it will not exceed 3900rpms.If you want to pass someone,and kick it down,as soon as you hit 4000rpm,The

engine just fights it's self,and stumbles,and

starts to loose speed,untill you let up on the throttle.I have installed new plugs,Wires,Fuel Filter,And have tried two different computors.

No check engine light ever comes on!

Plus I have changed the exhaust convertor.

Please help,I really like the car,But can't

afford to take it to a dealer,

It is a 1992 model brother. Either it has grown old or has not had proper maintainance. You will havew to save/sacrifice and take it to a dealer if you want to be cruising up those hills in super speed
