07 Avalon Steering issue

Has anyone experianced turning the steering wheel at a normal 90 degree turn at lower speeds (less than 30 mph)and having it slightly stick in one position? Then, with more pressure than usual you can turn it out of that "stuck" position. It happens sevearl times a day. The car has 45k miles. Any ideas on the cause and how to fix?
