Have a 05 4runner with malfunctioning door central lock system. Main door lift at the rear does not

disengage. Is there a manual override for this? What needs to be checked or needs fixing . Everything else unlocks with the key. Thanks.

I have a 1998 Rav 4 with almost 185K, runs great. Recently I experienced a problem with the rear door locks. The never used the rear door locks in the past but wanted to try them out since I now have some young children riding with me. I engaged the lock on the back door as instructed in the Owners Manual and now the door won't open at all. I've tried opening the door from the inside, from the outside, used the power locks and nothing seems to work. Unfortunely, I tried the same thing on the other rear door and now I have my two rear doors that won't unlock.

Any suggestions?

I have an 89 4runner with a bad coil igniter and cannot find one anywhere is there a way to make a differnt style work or any other way around this problem if so i would like to hear from anybody that knows thanks.

I have a 1999 Toyota 4Runner. The automatic door lock mechanism has started to malfunction. It continuously tries to lock the doors even when the buttons are not being pushed. I tried removing the fuse, and this corrected the problem as long as the ignition is off. Once the ignition is turned on however, you can hear the lock mechanism cycling over and over and over! (This is with the fuse still out) Any ideas?

My door locks in the front will not work anymore.

Anything else works.

Any sugestions?
