when starting the car the fuel keeps pumping gas into the throttle body, Have changed with a used one but problem still exists, I don't know what else is causing the problem, any ideas?

do check the return valve, it allows fuel to return to the fuel tank when not needed at the throttle level........

I have a 1994 suzuki swift and I find that whenever I drive fast and come to a stop expecially on a slope when I try to accelerater the rpm needle gets high put the vehicle is not responding to the accelerater? What do you think is the problem. It does not happen all the while.
