Dose anyone know if there should be a direct positive wire going from the + side of batt.to the electric power assist steering module? and has anyone ever come across the ac/fan(driver side)on radiator staying on even after the key is turned off an removed had to disconnect neg batt.cable then even the next morning when I hooked neg. cable back up fan started running immediately no key in ignition?

Affirmative on that wire being always hot. As for the fan always on problem, inspect the relay over on the passenger-side strut and the thermoswitch in the radiator. One or both are bad. recommend you join www.subaruxt.com.
