What product should I use to seal the drain line inside the car or how does one repair such a leak?

I own a 203 Saturn L200. When the A/C is on it leaks inside the car. Is there an condensate drain that may be clogged inside the car. It leaks onto both floorboards from the console....

My 2004 Saturn L300 is leaking water(?)into the floor board. Seemed to be just when A/C was on, but last night had no A/C on, just circulating outside air & still had leak - mainly into front passenger floor, but some leakage into driver's side floor. I keep reading about clogged drains, a pan to empty, etc but nothing I've read says exactly where I look for this clog & pan. Can anyone help? I'm out of work & genuinely cannot afford a repair bill.
