Vibration at 1000-1500 rpms

My 2004 9-3 has developed a vibration noticeable at 1000-1500 rpms that shimmies the dash, rearview mirror and change on the console. Exhaust checked out fine and engine fires true. Possible diagnosis was a "cracked fly wheel". Any insights before a major repair?

check the vacuum hoses. easy fix.

Mine vibrates at around 4000 rpm.
Spent a long time checking this evening. Found no error codes on the CAN.
Discovered 15000 misfires on each cylinder, lamda sensor before cat reading low, and lamda sensor after cat stuck at 0V !!
Will be changing both in the morning.
