We have a 98 sunfire gt 2.4 manual trans. and we need a shift cable. I'm just trying to find out if it's a 5 foot cable or a 6 foot. The car is not here for me to measure at the moment, I'm just trying to find out to make the repair quicker. Thanks for any help.

Hi i Have a 1999 grand am Gt v6 i have been having truble with the shifter. Lets say im pulling out of a parking spot and i put it into R but there no gas and no brake (car is like in N it does this also in D or i cant trun the wheels does anyone know what is wrong?

I have an 2005 Sunfire with a Erotech 4 cyl automatic trans. It has been using fuel to show bad milage, I ran it too low in fuel and it clogged the fuel filter, so I replaced it. I then started the car and seen the cataylic convertor had got hot, glow red at one end towards the rearend. The check engine light has been on for weeks and the car has ran rough since tthen too, what would caused that? Now when giving it gas even in park it runs and then cuts out for a split second, then prseeds to run a second and then cuts out again. Any suggestions would be greatly used, thanks!
