No Front Running/Parking Lights, `96 Pickup

I have a 1996 Nissan 4x4 pickup. When I turn the parking lights on, none of the front amber lights work. None of them are lit if I turn the headlights on either. I scraped all fuse tabs, checked them with an ohmmeter, still nothing. Can anyone give me any advise? Thanks

Well, I figured the lights out! I took for granted that the turn signals would be a combination park/turn assembly. They are not, they are turn signals only (single element bulb). The two side marker/parking lights had burned out bulbs. DUH :o )
