Nissan pickup stereo problem

My speakers quit working on my 96 pickup. The stereo still has power but there is no sound. Any help would be appreciated.

i have no sound in my 1996 pathfinder i even put a new radio in and still no sound radio works when a take a speaker and wire it up didectly to the radio is there an amp in the car that is bad or needs replace if so where is it located

i have a 1994 nissan xe pickup and am trying to install a pioneer cd player but i dont know what wire is the hot and what is ground, u would think that red is hot and black ground but not here.what do i do?should i go to wallmart and get a new harness?help!! must have music!!!
