Auto Trans Jumps when first put in drive?

Transmission really "jumps" hard the first time I put the truck in drive. After it warms up good it is OK. Put truck in reverse it is normal, shift to drive there is a pause, as pressure builds up???, and then it slams in drive. Will chirp rear wheels if the brake is not held down hard. Change fluid, filter and put in new fluid and transmission conditioner from Lucas. Did this 30k miles ago and problem disappeared. Now it isn't. Any ideas, suggestions. 130k on truck.Thanks Bob

It sounds like it has high idle.. When your in park does it idle high? If so, it will make it jump when you put it in gear because its getting more gas.. Look into that and let me know.
