After a minute from turning the engine on, the engine will bog down and sputter, sometimes even shutting down, when the weather is cool/cold and damp (high humidity).Isn't there a senser in the front of the air intake? Would that have anything to do with the problem?

i had that probelm. assuming there's no cracks or damage to the distributor cap, take the cap off, clean all firing contacts and wipe out the cap. give everything an even mist spray of wd40, reassemble. i havent had the problem since.

I have a 4 cylinder 1998 nissan frontier. I calculated the gas mileage and it is only getting 13 mpg when it should be getting 20. i was wondering if anyone happened to know some possible causes of this.
