I had a dead battery one morning. My husband jumped it and off I went with everything working EXCEPT the radio and CD player which hasn't gotten power since then. Anyone have a clue as to what the problem is. My fuses are good, we checked.

Your radio had some kind of configuration with the battery it seem's. Have you tryed a brand new battery? I think the best advice is to have a professional check it out.

Have you tried changing your batteries? I think the revived short-out battery probably isn't enough to power all your electrical devices all at once anymore. I know the battery can be quite pricey but just think of it this way if the appliances still does not work then you can just put the new batter aside as a reserved stock. If this happens then I think there is a more tougher problem than a fuse problem.

I had this problem with a 2000 pathfinder. Don't change the battery. The problem is most likly an relay build into the radio in the dashboard. Changing the radio will fix this problem. Fixing it is very expensive.
