Nissan 300 zx 1990 not turbo

I am buying that car in the sates and the lights beams don't work on high.

Do you have a solution please.

Ther is a problem with thw wiring and relay probably.

COULD BE THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH. These cars are known for switch failure. Now if only one light were to work on high beam you could run a hot wire from the working light power supply to the non working light. The good thing about the nissan is that each lamp runs off a separate contact on the switch.
