i just bought a 1980 280zx that was suppose to run.i sat for 3 years.i drained the fuel, listened to see if fuel pump was running.changed fuel filter.after new plugs wires and cap and rotor, still not running and can pull plugs and they are dry?any suggestions?

Change the fuel pump. I had the same problem. The pump may be running but not creating enogh pressure.

Check both relays Relay 1 located in the engine compartment relay 2 located in the pasenger side kick panel!!!!!
