I have Montero Sport 1998 with electrical problem, charging voltage is erratic, in the morning charge 14.0, after few minutes down to (13.7 to 13.0)

but if i turn on Light, air conditioner in low RPM (800- 1000) drop to 12.0 or less

Brake light is always on, I change alternator for a 90 amp new one but the problem still.
