1998 Mercury Tracer LS Trunk problems

I would like to know if anyone and I mean ANYONE can tell me where to find the fuse on a 98 mercury tracer sedan for the trunk. for some reason it will not open with a key, or the keyless entry button. But when i press the button I do hear the "click" but both when I use the button and the key it will click and not let me lift... any help???

the trunk wont lift because the latch is not disengaging. It may be neccessary to fold down the back seat and (hope it folds down) unbolt the latch assembly from inside the trunk. Then the assembly can be replaced.
