If the fuel pump fuse is pulled, the engine starts and runs until line pressure drops to zero. If the fuse is replaced, the engine acts like it is flooded. The pressure regulator has been replaced, the injectors seem fine, the computor has been swapped for a used one, and the fuel filter had been replaced. Any thoughts?

Check injector resistance using an ohm meter. Test can be found on the Auto Zone website.
