Has anyone ever had water drain into the passenger side of the cabin?

I don't have any leaks around the window, door or windsheild. The water seems to be seeping in under the plastic cover that reaches from the glovebox to the floor.

If anyone has encountered this, please let me know who to fix it.

Maybe there's a drain that is supposedly allowing the water to go out to the ground, and maybe it is clogged by debris.
