Lincoln-Mark VII -
(Lincoln Mark VII); Funny Whistle Sound

Funny whistling sound (last for about 5 seconds) behind instrument guages when I shift into drive. I just put in a new transmission and the first time I put it in drive I heard the sound, a month later I still hear it. Any suggestions?
