I have a 93 LS 400 and my RPM gauge does not work. The Speedometer was not working for a day and then all of a sudden it is working again. Also there are two warning lights one only comes on in the morning and when the car is warming up, it is orange or and looks like a round oil filter or the top portion of the state capital and the other stays on consistently, it is a red circle with lines on the outside. Can anyone tell me what those are for?

The circle with dotted lines is from worn brake pads...

My 1990 Lexus LS 400 speedometer doesn't work the gas is the only thing that works on the dash. And the in out works on the steering wheel but the up and down doesn't. Also the brake light, radiator light oil light is on but there are fluids in all of them. also it keeps blowing fuses could you try to come up with some explainations so I CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT KIND OF MONEY I WILL BE SPENDING.

i hav a 93 lexus es300 and this car thing lite up today and its righ above the gas gause and it looks like it shinning lights out te back of it i have no idea can anyone help
