| Dashboard lightI have a 93 LS 400 and my RPM gauge does not work. The Speedometer was not working for a day and then all of a sudden it is working again. Also there are two warning lights one only comes on in the morning and when the car is warming up, it is orange or and looks like a round oil filter or the top portion of the state capital and the other stays on consistently, it is a red circle with lines on the outside. Can anyone tell me what those are for? |

204/25/09 20:22AIMEE JACKSON | My 1990 Lexus LS 400 speedometer doesn't work the gas is the only thing that works on the dash. And the in out works on the steering wheel but the up and down doesn't. Also the brake light, radiator light oil light is on but there are fluids in all of them. also it keeps blowing fuses could you try to come up with some explainations so I CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT KIND OF MONEY I WILL BE SPENDING. | My 1991 Lexus LS400 dashboard "warning lights" won't turn off like they normally do after starting the car. All of the warning lights stay on while I drive! Everything else seems normal. Does anybody know what could be the problem? I'm guessing a relay somewhere. |
| Rick, Ever found out what was wrong with your car ? I currently have the same issue with my 1991 Lexus LS400. Dashboard warning lights stay on. After driving a few miles the car went dead. I went and got the battery charged. The car cranked without problem, and I drove without issues for a day or so, then same thing happenned again. Warning lights came on, and car went dead after I drove several miles. |
611/27/10 22:38Phillip Cook | I have a Toyota Celcior, its the same as the Lexus ls400. My car has been running great and last night i turned my car off at the shops came back out to go home and when I started the car the oil light, battery light, radiator light and some strange other light with Japanese writting stayed on, but the car is running fine. oil is great, coolent is full radiator is fine battery is fine so i am not sure what is wrong. going to check the water pump today to make sure its not faulty, but the temp has been fine so i got my doubts but it could in a way be the reason if that belts not spinning, but have my doubts. has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?? i am thinking its electrical. |
| My 1995 Lexus LS400 dashboard light does not work. My mechanic said to purchase a dashboard cluster on ebay. To send the dashboard out will cost over $300. Do you know where I can get a 1995 dashboard cluster? I did not see a 1995 cluster on ebay, only for a 1994. |
