My 93 LS400 dashboard lights & gauges only start to work after the car is warmed up for about 10 minutes. Somehow, I think that it's a simple fix.

I've checked all the fuses and they are good.

I've tried to smack the dash to get a flicker out of the electro-luminescent dash to no avail.

After the car warms up - I'll get a number of flickers then "BAM" it all lights up & the gauges work too. Very troubling indeed!

Please help if you can.

This is a VERY common problem with '93-'94 LS400's - check Club Lexus postings and you will see there are numerous posts. I sent mine to "Mr. Whizard" (www.mrwhizard.com). The cost is $189 and you get a TWO year warranty. He is located in Canada and knows what to do. ALL shipping charges are included (to and from). He will send you instructions for the removal of your instrument cluster. Plan on spending an hr or so to remove - the reinstall will go quicker from the knowledge gained in the removal process. :-) You can mention my name if you wish - I'm sending another instrument cluster to him.

when i start the car is fine.......but when i turn on my lights on then i put to drive the reverse lights is on too........then i pedal the gas the speed is not goin up.......can u tell me wat is the problem
