evaprative system leak (gross leak)

my lexus 1999 es300 has had this problem for some time.I cant remember the code #for this problem but it is evaprative system leak (gross Leak).I have changed the selinoid on the gas tank and the gas cap, but my troubles persist.is there anyone who can help me with this.
