i am not getting any power to my cd player unless i hook it streight to the battery i found a wire i need a wiring scamatics for it if u all could point me in the right direction

I own a 01 wrangler and my radio and my interior head lamp will not turn on. I have checked both fuse boxes and changed every fuse, I even checked the IOD it was also good, is there another fuse box I don't know about? The two I checked were under the hood and behind the glove box, or if you know how to fix this problem let me know. I still have the no fuse indication on the odometer. thank you
