No. They have to different body styles.

1994-1998 "ZJ" body style.

1999-2004 "WJ" Body Style

The wj is more curvy compared to the zj. Body parts won't fit between the two.

I just purchase a 2002 Grand Jeep Cherokee limited and am wondering what the best upgrades are for the money concerning air intake and performance chips. I've found a lot of stuff on ebay in the 35-60 dollar range in both categories and wonder on their integrity. Any feedback on increasing horse power and gas mileage is greatly appreciated.
