2005 Jeep Cherokee V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles I tried to start my jeep yesterday and lock won't turn at all. I have tried all the tricks that I know of. I went to the dealer and explained what happened and they told me it was the switch. The wheel is locked, I can still put it in gear?? I can't get the old cylinder out. Is there something I'm missing or can you supply me some step by step instructions? Thanks
