2005 JEEP Grand Cherokee No Automatic Lights - no Rain sense

We just bought a used 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Now i have noticed that the automatic Lights do not work. And i dont think the rain sense works either since the wipers run when there is NO water at all on the windshield. Whats going on? AND Whats the cheapest and easiest way to fix this?Thank you all!

Limited like mine: Assuming your programmable features are enabled: e.g., auto headlamps low/high, rain sensing YES; left multi-lever switch to "A" for auto and headlights do not automatically turn on when dark; wipers slected to (rain sensing) detents but only work in manual, then it's safe to say your modules, e.g., smartbeam camera & rain sensing module, are disconnected above headliner. Check for windshield replacement since bought used. If no Pentastar symbol then windshield likely replaced and/or installer didn't reconnect modules -- with whatever work done -- or wrong windshield installed (non-rain sensing) and couldn't connect anything anyway. If that isn't it, then something failed but low chance of that.
