I have replaced the serpentine belt of my comanche 1989.

A great deal of work because I forced to mount and now I need help.

The belt is moving towards the engine, little by little, and it began to tear its side, some of the rubber is all ready loose, still running but I know it will break.

Could some one tell me how to fix it? I purchase a new belt to replace the one is now installed, but I can not get the tension off.

Which part should I loose? I try the power steering but it is rusted and it does not give up.
