What would cause the HVAC blower to only work on the high setting and not on the lower three settings?

It's probably the blower resistor. Not hard to fix. Usually costs about $30. On my 1995 Cherokee it's behind a soft plastic shield under the dash.

My Cherokee (not-grand) 2000, 6 cylinder drips water inside on the passenger floor directly from the blower. How to fix it?

I should have said that this only happens when it rains. This can also be simulated by removing the plastic plate below the windshield wipers and spraying water into the place where the windshield wiper motor is.

I have a 89 jeep Cherokee, 4.0. why does the antifreeze backflow reserve overflow and how big of a problem is it going to be?
