replaced exhaust manifold, all sensers and vacume lines appear to be in the right place and tight. replaced fan belt and throttle positing senser???

Did you ever find out what caused this? We have 99 Cherokee doing the same thing.

did you try the idle air control valve its on the throttle body by the tps i my jeep did the same thing swapped the iacv out and problem solved
