1998 jeep grand cherokee floorboards flooded

My rear floorboard on passenger side is soaked, there seems to be water pouring form tow holes located on the "hump" in the center of the car. Any ideas?

I read about this somewhere - google condensate drain on Jeep and this gave great tips on how to drain and unblock the tunnels.

I also had this problem recently with a 1996 Jeep GC. I found that it was the O-ring that goes around the condensation drain found on the floorboard in the front, passenger side, under the carpet. If you remove the old o-ring, use mighty putty to reseal the condensation drain with the floorboard. Currently, the water is running back up the bottom of the drain tube and coming through the falty drain o-ring, causing your flooding. Another possibility could be that your drain is plugged. If you try the fix I recommended and then run the AC and the AC is not dripping condensation outside as it should be, drill a 1/4" hole through the middle of the condensation drain and run a hanger through it to clear the clog. Then just patch it back up. Hope this helps. Nate
