Checked all fuses and bulbs but all three rear brake lights have stopped working.Any ideas please!

My girlfriend has a 99 Jeep Cherokee. I just went to the dealership & replaced both sockets because they looked burned. That did not resolve my problem, both brake lights are still out even the one up top on the roof. I can seam to find the fuse that represents the brake lights, if that's the problem
