my 1987 xj6 vandem plas stopped running out of the blue one day, we can get it started but then it stops after a few minutes. what do you think it could be?

Buy and install an Oxygen sensor RELAY. Do not buy an oxygen sensor. This relay engages the fuel pump relay. Total price about $17 US. Total time, about 10 seconds labor.

My 1987 jaguar, xj6 sometimes runs good, for about 10 min it will shut down and the fuel pump stop working.But i have a new fuel pump and new relays on the car. It first starts to skipping and then it shuts down. What do you think it could be ?
