apart from taking the front fender and bumper off to fix the lower door hinge (spring broke, so now the door doesn't stay open)Does anyone know of a way to fix this problem ?

G´day,
From my memory there is a small flat panel behind the front wheel that can be removed to gain access to the hinge.
