How to change pads, rotors and ball joints on a 94 xj6?

I am working on the front end of my 94 xj6. It has been aligned but the man said he doesn't have the tool to lock it down to make it stay. Another guy looked and said it is shimmed to pull to the left. I am replacing pads, rotors, and ball joints this weak so i need any helpful info. Thanks
