I need help identifying a warning light located on the middle of the left side of the dash It looks like a circle with a small rectangle at the top and then an x across it.Thank you, Jan

I have a 94 xj6 vanden plas, the warning light that looks like

a lightning bolt has come on, what does this mean.

Also when I bridge the selenoid the car starts, is this a selenoid or starter problem.
