Brake noise in front end after having dealer replace rotors and pads

I just bought a 2005 Hyundai Elantra GLS 4 dr with 40, 000 miles. The dealer replaced the rotors and pads, but when I brought it home and drove it, there is a crunching noise in the front end when I apply the brakes when stopping from slow speeds. The dealer said that it all checked out. I didn't notice any noise when test driving it, but I took it upon the Interstate. Any ideas?
