97 4X4 will start and idle good. Starts to bog/ lack of power on hills and is starting to stall. There are metal shavings in the bottom of the timing belt cover coming from the spacer behind the gear on the crank. Any links to a diagram for the crank seal or ideas on what could be causing the out of time symptoms?

Hey, i have the same problem on my 93 tracker, it starts fine but as soon as i start a hill climb or get into a mud hole it bogs right down and stalls. i checked the timing in it was fine. if anyones has any ideas please let me know
