My 1994 Geo Tracker 4x4 has 197, 000 or so miles on it. Engine uses less that a half cup of oil (5W30 Mobil 1) between changes. I change oil and filter every 3000 to 4000 miles. It has the automatic trany and gets 25+ mpg on the hiway. Love it!

I own a 1995 Geo Tracker 4x4 that I've had for 2 1/2 years as a second car. I just love it! It has an automatic transmission and is air conditioned. The only thing that I replaced so far is the convertible top that cost me $225 from the internet. It had 31, 000 miles on it when I purchased it from it's sole owner. My milage is presently 53, 000 miles and this shoe-box size car runs like new. It purrs like a kitten and gets me 26 MPG. I am presently looking for later model with low milage. I'm sure that I can easily get $3500+ for it judging from what I see advertised. People often ask me if I want to sell it but for the time being, I want to keep it until I find a comparable replacement. But if anyone wants to buy a very reliable car, get yourself a Geo Tracker. They are available but usually with very high milage. But they're like a Timex watch...they take a lickin' and keep on ticking..
